  3. Preliminary evidence supporting your claim of infringement. This includes, but is not limited to, proof of your copyright or legal right of communication through information networks for the game, manuscripts, timestamps issued by authoritative agencies, work registration certificates, and any evidence proving the infringing activity.

Upon receiving your mailed “Written Notice”, 818 Cool Game Net will conduct a preliminary review. If the notice passes this review, we will remove the resource in question from our website in accordance with the “Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Communication through Information Networks.” We will retain a scanned copy of your “Written Notice” via Tencent QQ. You are responsible for the authenticity of the “Written Notice” and accompanying evidence. If any information is false, you shall bear all resulting legal liabilities.

II. Counter-Notice Procedure

After receiving your “Written Notice”, 818 Cool Game Net will conduct a thorough review of the resource provided by our website updaters or users, based on the “Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Communication through Information Networks” and the content of your notice. If the content of your “Written Notice” is deemed insufficient or unpersuasive, 818 Cool Game Net will consider that the game, patch, or updated content provided by our updaters or users does not infringe your copyright. In such cases, 818 Cool Game Net will not process the request and will retain the original resource.

III. Dispute Resolution

If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the People’s Court located in the jurisdiction of 818 Cool Game Net domicile for litigation.
